Functional Zero Task Force

The Columbia/Boone County Functional Zero Task Force (FZTF) is a collaboration of organizations that provide direct services to the homeless population. The goal of the task force is to reduce and end homelessness for individuals and families experiencing homelessness in our community.

The task force coordinates efforts across multiple organizations to implement strategies and best practices for ending chronic, family, youth, and veteran homelessness.

From February, 2016 through January, 2018, our coordinated efforts have housed 275 people experiencing homelessness, including 142 veterans and 41 chronically homeless individuals and families.
